Clogued Brush

My 80Q2 series Clearview multisonic keeps cloging the bare floor brush.  It was Ok until today.  The suction works wekk when the brush is not on the long tube.  I have to dislodge the dust with my finger to empty the inside.  It does it with the brush up or down.  Can you help me?

There may be a clog within the foot that you're fingers can't reach. You can clear the foot by removing the access plate which can be done by removing the four screws and two springs might fall out when the bottom plate is pulled off.
