Hard To Push
Check roller with and with out belt, belt is good, just have a hard time pushing the vacuum forward, connection with roller and plates are the proble, wheels are fine. Had the sweeper for awhile, cleaned it out several times but it hits somewhere on the floor and it is the bottom parts.

Height adjustments
Turn the height adjustment dial on the front of the power foot to match your cleaning needs. The graphics around the dial indicate the appropriate setting for cleaning bare floor to high pile carpet. Turn the dial to the center for medium pile carpet. note: If difficult to push, adjust to highest setting.
