Motor Making Loud Noise, Sounds Like A Siren.
Bissell LIFT-off multi cyclonic pet vacuum cleaner. Model 89Q9.
Cleaned all filters, siren noise coming from motor - REALLY loud and high pitch, like air raid siren. What causes this? Is motor defective?
