Idect Solo Will Not Mamyke Calls, Except To The Operator On 150

I have set up my new triple phones as per manual, and I can receive calls with no problem. I have a dialling tone, and can call the operator on 150 and also dial 1471 with no issues. There is no interference on the line, and I have tried another phone in the socket and all fine. I have braodband and a filter properly installed. Can anyone help ad this is driving me mad!!
