I Have No Dialling Tone On This Phone And It Doesn't Ring On Incoming Calls.
There is no dialling tone on this phone and it doesn't ring on incoming calls. It does work if I call out and if I answer when I know there is someone ringing (test from mobile phone). Is it a fault on the phone or the line??
