I Had An Account For Several Years With You.
Now I am unable to access my purchased games because of .either the wrong email address or password.
My name is Carol A May, and the last 4 digits of my debit card are 3554. This is a different card since I had trouble with identity theft. My address is 12 Truman Court in Carver, MA.

If you have already clicked on the "Forgot Password" link on the Big Fish sign in page. You may contact them by:
- Using the Contact Us link and filling in the Help form.
- Send an email to [email protected]
When contacting a Big Fish Rep please include the following:
your first and last name, first four and last four digits of the payment card on your account, the card's expiration date, and your billing address. Please do not include your entire credit card number.
Please Note: Since the card on your acct is no longer valid, go ahead and use the currect card you have. Just remember to include this detail in your message
