Email Address Not Accepted For Payment

the email address you have on my account is connected to my husbands paypal account. Big Fish would not accept payment of a game I wished to buy. I have tried to change my email address but am getting no where.You will not accept it as it is" familiar". If I could change it to coincide with my paypal account I would be grateful.

Hello gibboess,

Please understand this is a Q&A community forum and not Big Fish Games so we would have no access to your account. However, we can point you in the right direction to help resolve your issue.

First, you need to log into your Big Fish Games Account and click on the My Account tab where you will see your email address. Click on edit just below the email and enter the email you are trying to use with your paypal payment. Then please see the link here for updating your billing info.

Once updated, Log out of Big Fish Games and close your internet browser. Then open your browser, log back into your account and try to make your purchase again.

If for any reason this did not resolve your paying with paypal issue, you can contact Customer Service for Assistance:

Phone; 206-213-5753, M - F 9am to 5pm PST, press 0 once automated system comes on
