My Account Under Old Email Address

I have had an account with you for a # of years and last may I had to move from my apartment due to having to go to the hospital for a major surgery., I had colon cancer. I had been going through chemo and radiation and did not think to contact you to put my account on hold or cancel because of the shock and duration fo going through this . I have just recently becme active again on my computer.after 5 monthes in a nursing home and 5 monthes recovery living with my daughter due to complications after the sugery.(my computer was packed up) . I didn't know how to get in touch with you by phone. I noticed on my bank account thay you had still been taking the 6.99 out every month, witch is fine, but i need to get on to my old account to give my new email address. Please help.
