I'm Trying To Use A Gift Card To Purchase Games
I'm trying to use a gift card to purchase games, and I keep getting a billing error. It's a Visa debit card with more than enough money to order the three games I would like. Can you possibly help? Will I be able to use this card on the site, or should I call your 866 number directly?

You should be able to purchase games with a Visa Gift Card, but because prepaid cards are not designed for recurring purchases, the games cannot be purchased with a Big Fish Game Club membership. Let's go ahead and double-check whether the option to activate the Game Club membership is checked. If that doesn't work, please contact support directly here:
