The Game I Downloaded I Am Unable To Play It

I purchased Epic Escapes: Dark Seas on 1/22/12. I downloaded it as I have downloaded all my other games. It said it downloaded.When I click on the game I am unable to play it. I followed many of the help instructions hoping to fix this situation. For instance: Restarting computer, Task Manager, Turning off Firewall, and more. Please email me with help instructions. I would truly appreciate it...ty
