I'm sorry, but the term 'Secret Code' is unfamiliar in relation to an Online Big Fish Games Account. You should have full access to your Big Fish Account whenever you successfully log into your account, regardless of what device you choose to log in. This includes using the casino chips currently available in your online account.
If you can't log into your account because of a forgotten password then go to the
Big Fish Games Log In screen, type in your email and click on the 'Forgot Password' icon located just below. Then follow the prompts to receive a temporary password via email.
