Dear; Bigfish game support my game have trouble won't pay out my winning happen few times I did already sent email few days ago also on Won amount numbers. Not showing screen and no any messages either on screen I do play most of time on "LOL OMG"slot.game I been played most of time past month it never same like. This past 4or5 days so I did try asking help but looks like Bigfish ignore void me. But I made a mistake I purchased chips 12k gold bars. points 2days ago. If not then might be I sure reinsulete this site but I'am worried I maybe loser my money ? However I do play this game on my iphone so I buy gold bar. Created. from APP from my iphone If Bigfish site won't help this issue I we'll ask to iphone customer care about I pay $50.00 for play chips from Bigfish cause I like that game but I feels not good to play broken screens game I check my husband iphone same as all other friends I meet on this site. That's how was mind to but this 4/5 days few times I didn't get pay my winnings and those broken screens to keep playing I feels not faire to me so I'am asking send this message help me so I can keep play this game beside this trouble I like Bigfish games a lot I wish I don't have to leave this game site.
