Hi, I Was Charged Another Fee For My Game On Bigfishgames! I Would Like To Know Why???? I Paid For The Game Before I Downloaded It! It Was $2.09! Now I Ask Why Or What Is The 6.99 Im Being Charged For???

This is a community forum and would be happy to answer your question, or point you in the right direction to get an answer. However, this forum is not affiliated with Big Fish Games (BFG).

The first charge was for the actual game. However, at the time you made your online purchase you also signed up for the Big Fish Games Club Membership, with/without you being aware of this (Usually occurs when a person wants to play the game and goes through the registration process without reading the fine print).

A paying member is charged a membership fee of approximately $6.99/month. Which Big Fish Games justifies (atleast in their eyes) this fee by providing a token, for each month paid, to use torward your next purchase: standard games are purchased at 1 token and collector's edition are 3 tokens.

Since, you seem to be unaware of the monthly membership fee you can contact customer support to request a refund, which they usually agree to.
