Although,you stated already trying to dowload the Game App three times, you may want to try one more time using the following information below...unless you have done so already. If so, then please skip this section and view the next possible resolution.
For a complete uninstall of the game app you should do these steps in the order given:
Open your operating system's control panel (or settings) > Go to Programs > locate the game app program > click the uninstall button > once completed, close all open programs and reboot your system.
Then you can try to install the Game App again and set up your account.

If unsuccessful, then Customer Support should be contacted again for either futher troubleshooting or a possible refund of the purchase of the game which you had a problem with, if applicable.
HOWEVER, before contacting them, a Dr Felix Diagnostics report should be run on your system first. Then you can attach the report to a request for assistance form located here. The report will help their tech support when troubleshooting your issue.
