The following may be the possibilities for this.

1. YOUR MACHINE IS THREADED INCORRECTLY:

When the thread cannot move smoothly through your machine,it'll break. So make sure you have threaded your machine properly.

2.THREAD OR NEEDLE MAY BE OF POOR QUALITY:

There is also a chance of using damaged or wrong type of needle and poor quality of local and cheap threads. Beware of these issues. It also happens if your thread is old.
