Lamp Not Functioning (benq Mp523)

my projector is still new but the lamp is not functioning. temp and lamp are off each time i on the projector.  checked before the lamp hours and i just used about 100 ours, and my projector lamp hours cn consume up to 3000 hours. what is the problem? help me please..
