I Have A Belkin Model #f5d8236-4 V2
I HAVE DSL THROUGH CENTURY LINK IN NAPLES,FL. 3 MG. WITH MY MODEM ICAN GO ONLINE,NO PROBLEM. BUT WHEN I HOOK UP THE ROUTER I CANNOT GO ONLINE ,EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS I'M CONNECTED. I DO NOT HAVE A OWNERS MANUAL FOR IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR CAN I DOWNLOAD A MANUAL? THANKS.

Your Router has its own IP address...open a browser window...clear all the info from it and type in 192.168.2.1 <ENTER> You will be asked for a password, you will also see that the default is no password, leave it blank and hit submit...go over to the left side of your screen in the gray area and look for your Mac address...click that...you should see a set of numbers and letters...under that you should see "Clone Mac Address" click that...close it all up and reboot everything...I have always been told to unplug and replug after 15seconds, the modem and let all the lights be on properly before plugging in your router...the computer should be rebooted by the time everything else is up and running and see if you can get signed on....I will be looking to see if it worked for you!
