Hello my name is Jeffrey and I work for ASUS Customer Loyalty Team.

Are you able to see anything on your screen?

Have you tried removing the battery and the power supply and pressing the power button a couple times. What we are trying to do is drain all the power from the motherboard so once you connet power the cpu will reboot and should start right up.

If you are still having problems you will have to send the unit in for service.

If you have any questions or comments you can email me at [email protected]

ASUS strives to meet and exceeds our customer expectations within our warranty policy.

Regards,

Jeffrey ASUS Customer Loyalty
