Windows Failed To Start A Recent Hardware Or Software Change Might Be The Cause

i turned my computer on today and the windows boot manager came on and it said windows failed to start: a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix 1. insurt your windows installation disk and restart. 2 choose youre language settings and then click next.3 cick repair your computer. what do i do if i dont have the disk and where can i get one to fix my computer idk what to do the f9 function doesnt apply here
