3.5mm Port & Headset Related Question..

hello,i was wondering, since i can use a microphone or an earphone on the 3.5mm port on this devise (i dont hav 2seperate ports, just one for both-hence cant use both at same time) why cant i use a nokia 3.5headset with it? the devise recognises the earphones correctly but not the mic. and never the both together?

Usually when you plug in your head phones you should see a pop up box that allows you to choose headset, mic, or earphones. Select mic and it should work. You can also type in speech recognition and click on set up microphone. If you have any questions or comments you can email me at [email protected] which I reside in the U.S
