This will depend largely on how it is locked
- For Windows user account password lock - you can install a copy of Windows afresh using Recovery media or a built-in recovery partition
- For BIOS & Supervisor password, you either have to jumper the EEPROM chip or take it to an ASUS service center
- Kindly resubmit if any other lock in active
