Problem With Asus Laptop Computer
Could you please advise how I can repair a problem with my new laptop, for some reason on connecting it there is just a blank screen. ~The cursor works but there is no picture. a colleague has tried to fix it but apparently cannot as we do not have access to the Task manager. Please advise. This computer was bought at Christmas, therefore is new and under guarantee. It was bought in the UK but brought to me in France....could I get it fixed here under guarantee??????

Try removing turning off the notebook and remove the battery and the power cord. Press the power button a couple times to make sure all power is drained. Open the bottom of the unit and remove the RAM. Reinsert the RAM put the battery back on and power cord and see if you get a blank screen.
If you get a blank screen then you will need to send the unit in for service. You will have to call our support line to see what the closest repair facility you can take it in France.
