To use the web camera of your Asus A53U laptop, you have to install the driver software first. This drive will enable your web camera. You can download the web camera driver here:

You may also refer to the user's manual of this device here:

To open the application for the web camera, you have to follow these steps:

1. Click Start/Windows logo

2. Click All Programs

3. Locate the web camera application. You can use this application to take pictures / videos.

What you will have to do to open up the program for the webcam is to press FN and V at the same time and the life frame utility will open up.

You can also go under all programs, asus utilities and life frame.
