An iDevice can only be synced with 1 computer at a time. So, if you would like to sync it to another computer...connect your iPod to the new computer and transfer purchases. Then under "file" click "sync with XXX iPod".

If this doesn't work then let me know because i have other ways i can help you. iTunes can be very difficult and annoying at times and it takes a lot of patience! So if you still need help, give me some more details and i would love to help. thx

Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance! - iCaleb
