How Do I Access The Diagnostic To An Amana Ntw4501xq0 Washer?

The technical service guide is in a plastic pouch stuck on the top back side of the front panel of the washer. If you push the tub back and look between the top of the tub and the front of the washer you will see the top of the pouch. If you have skinny fingers you may be able to get ahold of the pouch just enough to tear it open and fish the service guide out. Other wise you will need to remove the two clips on the back side of the washer that are holding the top on, slide the top forward and lift up.
