Touch Screen Does Not Register Touch At All

What's wrong or what can I do to get my display to register touch again?The volume button and mute and eject all work just display does not register touch at all

Try holding the reset button for at least 5 seconds check if that resets it back to normal working condition again.
If the reset does not work, then the firmware on the stereo may have gotten corrupted and will need to be reinstallled.
