About Acer P7500

hello i would like ask about the format for video, audio, and power point if i want play them from usb flash memory and how i can upgrade the firmware for my video projectorthanks for answer

When you insert a video or audio clip onto a powerpoint slide, the clip is not actually part of the presentation. That slide just points to where the clip is on your computer, retrieves it and plays it at the appropriate time. When you put your .ppt file on a different computer (by email, USB stick, CD or some other method) the slide still points to where the original video clip is - on the computer you used to create the presentation. Solution:You have to use the function R22;Package Presentation for CD" (This function is not only intended for CDs, but also for DVDs and USB sticks or USB hard drives.) to create a copy of your presentation and all embedded files.

Brief instruction: 1. Click on "File" / "Save & Send" / "Package Presentation for CD". 2. Click on "Options" and enable "Linked files" and "Embedded TrueType fonts". 3. Click on "Copy to Folder..." (USB stick) or "Copy to CD" (CD/DVD). 4. Click on "Browse...", select your USB stick, click on "Select" and on "OK". 5. Click on R22;Yes" to include all files to include all files that are linked to your presentation (videos, music, pictures etc.) Finished.
