Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key, or the DEL key if you have a desktop, to enter the BIOS. Since this unit doesn't have a dvd drive you will need to create an usb disk image set to the first boot device to start the OS install.

You have to boot to a USB CDrom or flash drive, format the drive and install an operating system. You'll probably have to pony up for Windows but Ubuntu is free.

Should have finished reading your question. Windows or Ubuntu will install latest drivers for the bay trail processor and should recognize the rest of the devices. You can download drivers from Acer if need be. If you need to access the bios it's either F2 or Del at power on or restart. Since your C: drive won't boot the bios should check for a bootable device on the USB bus automatically, but you can change the boot order in the bios if you'd like, just shouldn't be required. Just check Device Manager after install to see if any drivers need updating.
