Based on the product specifications provided by the Acer support website, Acer M1640 is not capable of accessing a network wirelessly. However, your computer can access a wi-fi connection as long as you will use a wi-fi adapter. This is just a small device that enables your computer to connect wirelessly. You can buy some of these adapters at Amazon. Here's the download link:
