Help Acer Spire X3910 Ram Problem
i cant upgrade the ram when i pun new ram it's give me long beebing sound and black screen ..
pleas help !!

The RAM is not inserted properly, or you are using a different RAM, for example, you are using a DDR2 on a board that supports DDR1 only. It is quite unlikely to fit though. Make sure it is properly latched on both sides.
Try booting your PC only with your old RAM and see if it works. If it does, the new RAM is at fault. I suggest taking your old RAM to the shop and asking for an upgrade.

Although the memory can be installed one module at a time, the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.
How much memory your Windows OS will recognize depends on which version of Windows you are running. 32-bit versions of Windows will see (and utilize) only 3GB or 3.5GB. To utilize more memory, install a 64-bit version of your OS. More information about OS memory maximums can be found here.
