Booting Problem

My Ultrabook is 4 months old, with Windows 8 It crashed tonight, and when i restarted, i got a blue box saying "No booting device found"?????? I accessed the BIOS trying to reset..no chance i tried ctrl + f10....still no hope, nothing. Is there a bootable CD that i can download??? Any help please? Thank you.
