Want To Upgrade The Video Adapter. Not Sure How To Disable The On-board Adapter

Trying install new Video card. The BIOS is kind of vage on how to disable the built in video adapter.

Some PC's don't allow you to disable the onboard adapter in BIOS. You may need to disable the hardware in Windows device manager.
