Second Hard Drive
Acer Aspire 8943G-9429 2.5 Hard Drive won't fit into second hard drive bay; is there a fix for this?

If you bought a 2.5 *laptop* hard drive, there should be no problems. However, please note that there are 2.5 hard drives out there that do NOT fit in laptops. These 2.5 drives are designed for workstations and servers and are slightly wider. If you bought one of those, then it will not fit.

Acer shipped these laptops in their wisdom(money grabing) with a cover that will not fit a second drive you need to buy a new cover PN: 42.PWC07.009 about £30
Almost impossible to find now.
