How Do I Turn The Bluetooth Function On The Acer Laptop Aspire V3-471g

For that first download driver from below link
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
Click on above link then type in model search "aspire v3 then select 471g from list there you can see all download get your bluetooth driver and install.
then you can see bluetooth application n control panel make sure its enabled.Also press Fn key + F3 key to enable bluetooth then check.
