What Will I Do If I Can't Restart My Acer Aspire 3830t Laptop?
When i press the power button, a message will come out and it says, Boot manager is missing? What will i do? so much worried about it.

If you do as previously advised you will lose all data on the laptop. If you are fine with that then proceed with the restore.
Otherwise, the issue is that the Windows boot loader has become corrupted. Depending on the version of Windows the process to restore it will vary.
At this point the data on your laptop is still there and can be recovered. The repair of the boot loader will be best left to a technician. You'll either need to take the laptop to a local tech or a service shop. Once they repair it it should come back up as before assuming that the hard disk is not defective. This should be a relatively inexpensive repair, no more than an hour of tech time.
