How Do I Increase Contrast And Reduce Brightness On My Acer Al2216w Monitor

You could easily use your manual (manualslib.com/manual/269414/Acer-Al2216w.html and learn to navigate the menu, and in the menu it allows you to ajust all those settings. On page 13 of tha manual I sent you, there is some useful information on navigating the menu and what each button does.
