Can I Use An External Graphic Card With It

No, you cannot use an external graphics card with the ASRock 785GM-S3 motherboard. This motherboard does not have a Thunderbolt 3 port, which is required to connect an external graphics card.
The ASRock 785GM-S3 is an older motherboard that was released in 2012. At the time, external graphics cards were not as common as they are today. Thunderbolt 3 was also not yet released.
If you want to use an external graphics card, you will need to purchase a newer motherboard that has a Thunderbolt 3 port. You can also purchase a laptop that has a Thunderbolt 3 port.
