5. Upgrade Instructions: 1) Place the Windows7 Upgrade Disk in the "Computer" window. Find and double click the disk icon in your computer's optical disk drive. Customers may contact Lenovo Customer Service for assistance as necessary. The Windows7 installation window will disable the Rescue System.
