How Do I Open The Dvd/cd Drive On My Lenovo K410? Not Working, No Instructions.

I cannot open the DVD/CD drive on my Lenovo K410. There are no instructions in the manual or on the Lenovo website. Their customer support person thinks it's power is not connected. They want me to send the computer off for repair and it could take 2 to 3 weeks! Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

It is actually not advisable to open the CD/DVD drive of your Lenovo IdeaCentre K410 computer especially if you don't have enought knowledge and experience in computer hardware. However, I still provided some tutorial video links below to show you the procedure on how you can open the CD drive.
