Performing a Reset Soft Reset When you perform a soft reset, the device deletes any data that has not been saved but saves any data that came with the card for information on using the card. Try performing a soft reset if the device does not respond when you feel resistance, remove the card, check the orientation, and reinsert it. To perform a soft reset, use the stylus to press the reset button. See the documentation that has been stored in memory.
