Not Functioning The Keyboard

Dear Sir, When I switch on my emachine 730 laptop it showing that, windows error message, "Windows fialed to start. And my keyboard is also not working." Launch start up repair ( Recommended) and Windows start normally. As my keyboard is not working I could not select the second option. Could you please help me.
