I Reinstall My Operating System Back To Factory Settings And Now I Can't Get My

how do i reistalled my modem dont have one on computer to connevt to the internet. I cant get my ip address.When i try to log on to the internet it days page cannot be displayed

Anytime you do a fresh install not all drivers will be automaticaaly installed. Unless you have DSL or cable internet, your PC has to have either a hardware or software modem. You should have the original disk that came with your pc, containing the drivers & software for the unit. If not go to this page and select the product search & input your model #.
