Acer Emachine E190hqv

need help on my eMachine monitor model e190hqv I switch it on but after 5sec it shuts off and wouldnt power on if I dont unplug and plug it back first. But it does the samething anyhow. Where can I send it for repairs and how much wil it cost. Aso I need to find out if its stil under warranty as I have lost my receipt and couldnt remember when I bought it.
