Contact E Bay Without Signing In

i have a problem with e bay, i cannot log in to e bay to resolve the problem how can i get e bay customer service without signing in???????? cant resolve the problem without signing in and i cannot sign in

I too recently had this problem - and the best way to do this is to try this:

Go to the help link, and then when it asks you to type in a question - click the 'contact us' link and if they ask you to ask a question - so they can better help you - type in that you can't sign in. If this doesn't get you a live chat - then ask the question that will - which is - what if my account has been taken over? This generally gets the attention of the 'auto reply' that you get when they suggest things to you. This will get you a chat with us link - and then the first thing you tell them is that you can't log in and you need help with it. Somewhere on the help page is this statement:

If you are having trouble with the reset password link you have been sent via email - contact us and we can send you a temporary password.

They may tell you they can't do that - but it says right there that they can (I argued this with a live chat person just yesterday - he lost.) So - rest assured, you can contact ebay without signing in.
