How Can I Contact Ebay's Ceo About The Worst, Incompetent Customer Service Ever?

EBay try to hide contact details. I got through to UK HQ to be told "helping customers is not in my job description". Hours on the phone, disconnects, inactivate information, rude staff..... Is there a way to email CEO or do their executives hide? Any help appreciated!
