Why Is So Damn Difficult When Calling E-bay Wanting To Speak To Customer Service

I would like to speak to a representative of e-bay if at all possible. Talking to your automated system gets me no wheres. I want to purchase on line but I have a problem with my user I.D. and Password. E-bay has become unuser friendly. I don't think I need to spend a whole day trying to get an answer. Eli Levi
