Did You Resolve This Issue? I Have The Yamaha Yas-201 Soundbar Paired With The
NS-WSW40 sub-woofer, I'm not getting any sound out of the sub, read and re-read the manual troubleshooting without success, tried contacting Yamaha Support by phone, email, and text, unsuccessful reaching anyone, please let me know, thank you in advance.

If you refer to the user guide in the troubleshooting section it deals with the subwoofer not having any output. This appears to be due to the devices not having the same IDs so will not communicate.

The instruction states:
Hold down INPUT on the front panel of the soundbar until the TV indicator starts flashing to match the group IDs of the soundbar and subwoofer.
