Remote Will Not Work Sound
Our remote will not adjust the sound but other controls work. Is there something that maybe I am missing. Volume will work when turning knob. Remote is RAV2 VV48620 receiver is Yamaha RX-V392

The remote control transmitter does not work.
Direct sunlight or lighting (of an inverter type of flourescent lamp etc.) is striking the remote control sensor of the main unit
The batteries of this remote control transmitter are too weak
For the fix
Change the position of the main unit
Change the batteries of the remote control
