I have 2 manuals on offer but they are both in English.

From translating your message I can suspect that you have either a shorted input device. I.E Microphone. Or maybe short circuit on your speakers. Check the connections are OK. If you are removing the power supply and it comes on, is strange as it needs this to operate. Maybe the power supply is faulty? This can only be checked by using a multimeter or a working replacement. The likely problem is with the speakers as if it was one of the pre-amps it would show as only that one not working.
