Depending on whether the unit uses miniture buttons for the keys or magnetic which has no physical connection it can be difficult to offer a solution. If it is the actual keys not moving then the use of a cleaning spray which is suitable for electrins and safe on plastics should remove residue from build up between the keys. Find that on auction sites or electrical stores. The residue is the sweat from your palm which is completely normal. However if it is the actual switches underneath the keys it will require dis-assembly and repair by a technician.
